Meet Leonard Dahan – The Driving Force Behind CyberGrowth Consulting

Our founder, Leonard Dahan, is an experienced cybersecurity expert with over 25 years of global experience. Leonard is a French native who is fluent in both French and English. He graduated from EPITA, a prestigious school specializing in computer and telecommunications engineering. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a pioneering spirit by spearheading initiatives from the ground up and transforming nascent ideas into successful, multi-million-dollar ventures with robust, double-digit year-on-year growth.
Leonard is deeply passionate about the science of sales and exceeding client expectations while maintaining the integrity and DNA of his company. As Vice-President of Worldwide Channels at EfficientIP, he demonstrated his ability to develop strategic alliances, provide organizational leadership, and achieve operational excellence, resulting in significant global channel growth and improved partner engagement.
Before joining EfficientIP, Leonard held several VP positions during his five-year tenure at Forcepoint. He also served as a Regional Sales Manager for South Europe and North & West Africa at Rapid7 and as Managing Director for South EMEA and Benelux at Qualys. His success can be attributed to his ability to connect with decision-makers, develop and implement global strategies, and foster innovation and problem-solving.
